Members
Members gives you the ability to create areas of your site that only authenticated and authorized individuals can access. If you have information you want available only to select individuals, have them set up and account and they'll be able to access the restricted portions of your site. This works excellently for both free registration and paid memberships.
How to use Members
- On the main display, you'll see a page listing any of your current members. We're going to add a new member by clicking Add New Member.
- Enter the the user's first name and last name
- Enter any other fields that are mandatory, and optionally those that aren't
- If we've created custom fields, we enter those at the bottom
- Choose whether we want to generate the corresponding account with a random password
- Enter a username or let it be generated to the default setting
- Enter the email address for the user
- Choose whether to notify the user via email of the account creation
- We then click Add This Member to create the member, who will then appear on the main page
